Professionals working in Asia/Middle East, no longer need to worry about superior tertiary education for their children in the region.

THE(The Higher Education) has just released their world university ranking statistics for 2019.

Stats show that universities in Asia and Australasia are moving up in the ranks and feature in the top 100 universities worldwide.

Creeping into the top 25 are Tsinghua University in China at 23, Peking University at 24, and the National University of Singapore at 25.

Universities in these regions have improved significantly over the last several years with the influx of international professionals, travellers and investors. They are improving in the fields of research and quality of education that is comparable with some of the best universities in the world.

Completing the top 100 list are universities in Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, China, Taiwan and Singapore.
UAE University and Khalifa University in UAE have moved up in the ranks as well, strengthening the Middle East tertiary education system.

With these leaps in world-class education and research, professionals working in Asia/Middle East now have viable options for their childrens’ tertiary education, and no longer need to look to Europe for quality education.

But of course, with improved education comes higher tuition fees. Tuition, accommodation and membership fees during a student’s time at university could add up into the six figures category.
